## About Grammarly

Grammarly checks your writing for spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity and tone as you type. It works in browsers, email, documents and messaging apps through extensions and desktop apps, so suggestions appear wherever you write.

Beyond corrections, it can rewrite sentences, adjust formality, draft replies and generate text from a prompt. The free version covers basic corrections, while paid plans add full-sentence rewrites, tone and style suggestions, a plagiarism checker and team style guides. The company behind Grammarly renamed itself Superhuman in 2025.
