Search a business. Look up any company by name, website or category and see its score, how its reviews are spread across 1 to 5 stars, and how it replies to complaints.
Write a review. Create a free account, confirm your email, and share what happened. If the business is not listed yet, you can add it.
Get a reply. Businesses that have claimed their profile are notified of new reviews and can reply publicly.
For businesses
Claim your profile. Prove you work at the business with an email address at your company’s domain, or by uploading a document. It is free.
Reply and invite. Reply to reviews, invite your customers by email or WhatsApp, add a rating badge to your website and see what customers praise and complain about.
How the score works
Every business starts as if it had three average reviews, so a single 5-star or 1-star review cannot swing a new profile to the top or bottom. As real reviews arrive, the score moves toward the true average of what customers say. Only published reviews count.
