Honest reviews help everyone, including the businesses being reviewed. Please follow these rules when you write.
Write about a real experience
Review a business only if you bought from it, used its service or dealt with it directly, within the last year. Describe what happened to you.
Be honest and specific
Stick to facts and your own opinion of them. Say what you liked or did not like about the product, service or support. Critical reviews are welcome; false statements are not.
Criticise the service, not the person
Do not insult, threaten or make allegations about the character of named people. Do not include anyone’s phone number, address or other personal details, including your own.
No conflicts of interest
Do not review your own business, your employer or a competitor. Do not write a review in exchange for money, discounts, free products or any other reward, and do not ask friends to post reviews.
No spam, ads or links
Reviews are not a place to promote other businesses, post links or copy the same text across profiles.
What happens if a review breaks the rules
We may hold, hide or remove it, and we may close accounts that repeatedly break these guidelines.
