These terms govern your use of TrustKite, operated by TrustKite. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Your reviews
You may only review businesses you have had a genuine experience with. Your review must follow our review guidelines. You keep ownership of your review and give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute and use it in connection with the service, including in widgets businesses embed on their own sites.
3. Our role
We are an intermediary that hosts content posted by users. Reviews reflect the opinions of the people who wrote them, not our opinions. We moderate content under our guidelines and applicable law, including India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, as TrustKite is based in India.
4. Removing content
We may hold, hide or remove content that breaks these terms, our guidelines or the law, and we may suspend accounts. If you believe content is unlawful or concerns you, use our grievance process.
5. Businesses
Businesses that claim a profile also agree to our guidelines for businesses and must not misuse customer data obtained through the service.
6. Prohibited use
Do not post fake reviews, buy or sell reviews, scrape the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to harass anyone.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on content on the site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction. If you use the service as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
