Is it really free?
Yes. All business tools are free during our launch period. If we introduce paid plans later, replying to reviews and managing your profile will stay free.
Can I remove a bad review?
Not because it's negative. If a review breaks our guidelines, for example it's fake, abusive or contains personal information, report it and our team will check it. The best answer to a fair complaint is a helpful public reply.
Does it work outside my country?
Yes. TrustKite works for businesses in every country. Customers can review you from anywhere, and invitations work with phone numbers and emails worldwide.
Will AI assistants like ChatGPT recommend my business?
No one can promise that, because each AI company decides what its assistant says. What we do is make your reviews easy for them to find and trust: public profiles, structured review data, an llms.txt summary and an open door for AI search crawlers. The more genuine, verified reviews you collect and reply to, the stronger that evidence becomes.
Will my stars show in Google?
Your profile includes the review data Google reads to show star ratings in search results. Google decides when to display them, and profiles with more reviews are more likely to get them.
